Jacksonville Electric Authority (JEA) ensures the electric, water and sewer demands of their area customers are met while protecting their areas’ precious natural resources. Due to age and other factors the existing two-ply modified bitumen roof system was removed. In its place new insulation and a two-ply Johns Manville modified bitumen roof was installed protecting their employees and building for years to come.
