Barber & Associates was awarded the opportunity during the construction of this property to install all the roofs for this complex. We were able to install mechanically fastened 60 mil. Johns Manville roofs, with two layers of polyisocyanurate insulation. With these new roofs, the Tampa Commerce Center will be able to bring large commercial businesses to the Tampa area.
