Tri-County 75 Commerce Center

Tri-County 75 is a Class A, 72-acre master planned industrial development located in Fort Myers, Florida. The campus is comprised of four buildings totaling 800,000 square feet. The site is prominently located at the intersection of I-75 and Luckett Road with excellent highway visibility and traffic counts exceeding 95,000 cars per day. Barber & Associates was awarded the opportunity during the construction of this property to install new roofs on each building in the complex. 

We were able to install mechanically fastened 60 mil. Johns Manville roofs, with two layers of polyisocyanurate insulation. With these new roofs, Tri-County 75 Commerce Center will be able to capitalize on the perfect location to bring efficient commerce to South Florida.
